Can I customize the size of my sign?

Yes! We offer multiple standard sizes, but custom sizes are available upon request. Just send us a message before ordering.

What file formats do you accept for logos and QR codes?

We accept .PNG (transparent background), .SVG, .PDF, and .AI files. High-resolution files are preferred for best print quality.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production time is 1–2 business days for small or simple items, and 3–7 business days for larger or more complex projects.
Shipping within the USA takes 2–7 business days with tracking.

Can I see a preview before you start production?

Absolutely! We send a digital proof for approval before printing begins.

Do you offer double-sided signs?

Our signs are one-sided by default. If you need a double-sided version, please contact us before placing your order.

What lighting options are available for LED signs?

You can choose from 10 LED backlight colors, including White, Warm White, Pink, Ice Blue, Red, Green, Orange, Blue, Purple, and RGB (multi-color).

Can I choose the font for my sign?

Yes! We offer a curated list of fonts to choose from. You can also request a specific style and we’ll help match it.

Will the sign include mounting holes or hardware?

Mounting holes and silver hardware are optional and can be added based on your request during checkout.
